With more than 25 years of personal experience in the built environment, Dr. Mazhar brings a perspective shaped by hands-on operations, technical management, consulting and professional development.
His pre-Avancer career includes roles involving KL Tower, the Palace of Justice and HSBC data centres. Today, he helps organisations connect FM decisions with business needs and build the capability to deliver.

FM CONSULTANT
Mohd Hadri
Hadri brings more than 16 years of facilities management experience, including assignments in Malaysia, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He holds a degree in Electrical Control and Instrumentation Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
His experience spans FM tender documentation, operational procedures, maintenance planning, condition assessments and budgets, alongside computerised maintenance management systems and BIM–FM integration. At Avancer, he contributes to consulting delivery, technical documentation and client training.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mona Shafitri
Mona brings more than 10 years of experience in administration, business coordination and event operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College.
Her background includes ISO 9001:2015 quality-management coordination, document control and audit support. At Avancer, she manages business operations, training coordination and project administration, keeping client communications, schedules and documentation organised.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Stephanie Yeow
Stephanie brings more than 10 years of experience across business development, sales coordination and operations management. Her background includes managing multi-outlet operations, contributing to business planning and expansion initiatives, developing client relationships, and coordinating teams to improve service delivery and sales performance.
At Avancer, she focuses on identifying business opportunities, understanding organisational needs and developing client relationships across consulting, training and conferences. She communicates in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese.
